These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tesil. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tesil.

1. The service

Tesil is an AI-powered research and educational tool for tracking and learning about markets. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not execute trades or provide personalized investment advice. See our Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tesil. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or present the service's data or AI output as your own regulated advice.
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or usage tiers.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Tesil offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. No investment advice; no warranty

All content is provided "as is" and "as available," for informational purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that market data or AI output is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any purpose. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesil and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Tesil and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
